Our demo products bring you good quality at a fraction of the cost. Demo product photography is intended to display an idea of the product's condition. The product you receive may exhibit varying light scratches, scuffs, and marks. Discounts for blemishes and defects have been accounted for and applied to the demo product price.

*Please note that while we do allow returns and refunds for demo units, we do not permit product exchanges. Refunds for demo units are limited to the total amount paid for the product

As soon as you purchase any Cielo product the delivery process begins! All deliveries will occur on weekdays during normal business hours (public holidays excluded).

Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:

• 5-7 Days for non-furniture orders (e.g bedding, rugs and décor)
• 7-14 days for furniture orders, or orders that include a combination of furniture and non-furniture items

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is free on all orders to our main centres: including but not limited to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit and George.

For deliveries to outlying areas, a surcharge will be added based on your order value, ranging from R150 to R1,500 for large orders.
