Terms & Conditions:

1. The Promoter of this competition is Cielo (Pty) Ltd whose head office is situated at 40 Newton Street. Port Elizabeth.

2. The competition is open to participants 18 years and older. Employees, close relatives or any person otherwise connected to The Promoter will not be eligible to enter.

3. Entrants are to ensure that they have the authority and necessary consent should the competition require the submission of photographs, images of people or any other medium that may require copyright permission

4 The prize winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material that may be published.

5.  Any personal data is governed by South African law and the Protection of Personal Information Act.

6. The prize may only be awarded to an entrant who has satisfied the entry requirements set out below:

7. The prize is not transferable, nor can it be exchanged for an alternative or cash prize.

8 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and redraw should the winner not be able to claim their prize within 7 days of receiving notification of winning by The Promoter.

9. The competition will run from 9:00AM on 28/10/23 to 21:00PM on 28/10/23 and winner will be announced on 30/10/23 - No late entries will be accepted. One prediction per person – in the case where an entrant makes multiple predictions, only the first prediction will be accepted.

10. The Promoter’s selection of a winner is final and no correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into. The winner will be selected by way of random draw from the pool of successful entrants.

11. The terms & conditions as well as the entry details of the competition are final and binding, no correspondence shall be entered into should any dispute arise from a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the rules or terms and conditions. 

12. The prize winner/participant shall hereby indemnify, absolve and hold harmless The Promoter and all of its affiliates, successors, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, suppliers and agents in the event of any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, legal costs, medical expenses or any costs howsoever arising out of their participation in the competition and/or any person with whom they share that prize.

13. Contravention of the rules by the prize winner may result in The Promoter, at their discretion, withdrawing the entry and disqualifying the participant.

14. By entering this competition, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out by The Promoter.
