Outdoor Fabric:

The fabric on the cushion is UV fade, water & chlorine resistant and specifically designed for outdoor use. The removable fabric cushion covers are machine washable—we recommend a cold delicate wash, once a year/season. If covers are washed excessively you may eventually strip the fabric of its UV resistant properties. You can spot clean the fabric with a wet sponge. To prolong the life of the cushions we recommend storage in dry, covered conditions when not in use.

Teak:

Teak is very dense and oily wood. The oil keeps water from seeping into the wood. this means teak furniture can be left outside and endure years of rain, wind, heat, and cold. Our Teak is sourced from approved plantations in Indonesia. Like any timber, teak will show small movements in the elements of nature, this may result in the timber moving and cracks forming in the furniture piece. Every piece of natural teak furniture is one of a kind and will have different colour variations. Over time the elements may cause surface erosion, discoloration, mildew, greying or roughness because the sun may deplete the natural oils. Be sure to always clean your teak with wood soap before oiling or sealing it to your liking. 

Polypropylene Rope:

Polypropylene rope has a natural-fibre appearance, but unlike most natural fibres, it is able to absorb water and has stain and UV resistant properties. To clean polypropylene rope, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth.

As soon as you purchase any Cielo product the delivery process begins! All deliveries will occur on weekdays during normal business hours (public holidays excluded).

Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:

• 5-7 Days for non-furniture orders (e.g bedding, rugs and décor)
• 7-14 days for furniture orders, or orders that include a combination of furniture and non-furniture items

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is free on all orders to our main centres: including but not limited to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit and George.

For deliveries to outlying areas, a surcharge will be added based on your order value, ranging from R150 to R1,500 for large orders.
