As such, the hide's natural characteristics tend to be totally visible on this type of finish, such as tick bites, marks, scratches resulting from the animal's natural environment. It is also possible for the tones to differ from hide to hide. This is because each skin absorbs the dye solution in different ways depending on various factors that have affected the cow's hide over its lifetime. It needs to be accepted that the hide will display a number of leather's natural hallmarks.

As soon as you purchase any Cielo product the delivery process begins! All deliveries will occur on weekdays during normal business hours (public holidays excluded).

Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:

• 5-7 Days for non-furniture orders (e.g bedding, rugs and décor)
• 7-14 days for furniture orders, or orders that include a combination of furniture and non-furniture items

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is free on all orders to our main centres: including but not limited to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit and George.

For deliveries to outlying areas, a surcharge will be added based on your order value, ranging from R150 to R1,500 for large orders.
